Upward Spiral!

The complicated configuration of the human brain is oversimplified below,

Just like how a spring moves in a circular motion into the holes of a spiral binding book either upward or downward, to hold all the pages of the book together. That's exactly how our each feeling & thought leads to the next feeling and thought thereby creating a spiral movement either upward or downward.

" An Upward Spiral can be used by us as neuroscience to reverse our state of being. "

Our body and mind perform together creating our state of being. The habits we form, the social activities we engage in all intertwine, puts us in either upward or downward spiral, where upward represents positive and downward represents negative.

The state can be improved by dedication & Practice.

Incremental positive adjustments trigger neurochemicals that counter's all decisions and create profound effects. just like,

Exercise leads to sleeping, socializing, and a better mood. Getting sufficient sleep impairs you mentally and physically, and reduces stress levels and blood pressure which further impairs your ability to focus.

Stop isolating, Put yourself out there, Don't hide and talk to strangers, Have a gratitude list to feel appreciative of something, Meditation and Mindfulness, all are interconnected.



" It's all about start small and build from there. Focus on essential things and shoot out from there."


" Use your body to hike your spirit, generates heightness of confidence."


It's good to have a mentor who pours life into you. Thanks to god, for arranging one for me, who taught me above.
