'Patience' IN BUSINESS !

Why Is it Important to have Patience in Business ???

I was often challenged, on why the virtue 'patience' is necessary at different levels of business.

"Some say I will portray it once I am a business leader while

some say, everything has to be explained in a single shot else you don't understand it yourself, so I quit ".

Well, personally I never tried to #challenge this #mindset unless they want to do it by themselves.

But I can share something like the below which I learned from my mentor,

" Running a business is not for the faint of heart, and not for the impatient either "

#Judgment and patience are two sides of the coin that is much valued in the business.

#Patience helps us to have the #mindfulness to stop for a while and reflect on the present moment. By being in the moment, we can take the #small and #bigpicture into consideration so we can make #betterdecisions.
